BudgetHeadphone was built out of frustration. Every headphone review site we found was written for American or European buyers — prices in dollars, products unavailable in India, and zero mention of the brands most Indians actually buy.
So we built the site we wished existed.
What We Do
We review headphones and earphones for Indian buyers, on Indian budgets, for Indian conditions. That means boAt, Noise, Boult, realme, OnePlus, CMF, Sony, JBL and every brand you actually find on Amazon India and Flipkart. All prices are in ₹ (Rupees). All recommendations are based on value for money in the Indian market.
We cover everything from ₹299 wired earphones to ₹5000 wireless headphones. Because in India, ₹1000 is a real budget — not a throwaway category.
What We Cover
- TWS Earbuds — the boAt Airdopes, Noise Buds, Boult K10 and everything in between
- Neckband Earphones — still the best value category in India, and massively underreviewed
- Over-Ear Headphones — for WFH, online classes, gaming and long commutes
- Budget ANC — because noise cancellation under ₹3000 is now real in India
- Brand Comparisons — boAt vs Noise, Boult vs boAt, Sony vs JBL — the decisions Indian buyers actually face
Our Promise
We do not accept paid reviews. We do not accept free products in exchange for positive coverage. Every recommendation on this site is based on one question: is this worth your ₹?
When we recommend something, it’s because we would buy it ourselves — or we already have.
Who We Are
BudgetHeadphone is run by audio enthusiasts based in India. We have been buying, testing and arguing about budget headphones for years. We know what ₹1500 sounds like. We know which boAt model is worth it and which one isn’t. And we write about it plainly, without jargon.
